The product you ordered is scheduled to be shipped around September 20th via international postal service.

Last year, we used EMS for delivery, but we discovered some drawbacks, such as the increased shipping costs for customers and additional customs duties depending on the country or region. Although we confirmed customs policies with Japan Post, customs fees are applied based on the rules of each country or region, which we unfortunately cannot control.

As a solution, we will ship the product as a gift via regular international mail instead of as a commercial item. In case of loss or any issues, we promise to resend the same product you ordered.
